Delivery:  All of our products are hand stitched in USA with special care to each and every product we manufacture.  Therefore, your custom designed creation takes time to create for you.  All custom products will be delivered to you within 4-6 weeks.  We thrive to have them delivered in 4 weeks time but ask for up to 6 weeks in the event the extra time is needed!  Delivery includes insurance of your product to ensure it arrives to you safe and sound!

Fabric Care: All of our products are made with quality pre-treated fabrics. We recommend that you protect your new accessory with Scotchguard or other comparable product. We highly recommend that you test a small area wth your protection product of choice before treating the entire product. Spot cleaning with cold water is recommended for stain removal. Our products are not machine-washable. We cannot be held responsible for damages due to improper handling and/or care.

Return Policy: We take the time to make sure we have your order right before we begin creating it for you, so take the time to make sure you are ordering exactly what you want. Please keep in mind that all of our work is custom and you are paying for our time taken to create your accessories, which cannot be refunded. Therefore refunds will not be issued on any custom orders. Pre-made accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit provided the item is in new condition.
